I loved the people I worked with and I enjoyed seeing some of the same patience every week.
Pros: medical benefits were great.
Cons: corporate politics
My original position was receptionist. Soon after I started I was billing for two large practices and two or three small practices. My employment status was never updated and I continued to work as a medical biller while making receptionist pay. I ask for a status raise and was put off for months by my supervisor. I eventually gave them my notice.
I enjoyed my work and I enjoyed the people I worked with but felt I should have been compensated for the work I was doing.
The hardest part of the job was seeing oncology patience two and three times a week, then they weren't there anymore. I got attached to alot of the patients and my heart got broken alot.
