Fast paced place
Speech Language Pathologist (Current Employee) –  Plano, TXOctober 28, 2017
High turn over rate for employees. Upper management does not seem to care about employees or patients. Work loads are very heavy and unmanageable most of the time.
Pros
None that I can think of
Cons
Heavy work loads, uncaring senior management

Poor poor management
Speech Language Pathologist (Current Employee) –  Plano, TXJuly 24, 2017
The therapists and patients are fantastic. Unfortunately, I have never met a poorer management team. Completely micromanage staff, allow poor team leaders to bully and abuse staff without reprocussion. No work-life balance.
Pros
Great peers, patience
Cons
Terrible management

Medical City Plano Review
Registered Nurse (Current Employee) –  Plano, TXJune 11, 2017
Medical City of Plano has worked well with me while I am pursing an advanced nursing degree. They have assisted in arranging my schedule to meet the needs of my educational and personal commitments.

Co-workers are the best part of the job!
RN, Emergency Department (Former Employee) –  Plano, TXMay 16, 2017
Very interesting place to work. Very busy with some complicated cases. Administration is clueless to what the average nursing load is and is more concerned about times and surveys from patients. Hard to get good surveys when the nurses are so busy they can't really care for patients the way they should be cared for.
Pros
gain lots of experience, great co-workers and benefits
Cons
low pay for high demands, administration micromanaging
