Our department turnover is almost non-existent & our department is staffed & our nurse leader has almost 20 years of clinical experience. So I don't think you can make generalizations about an entire hospital.

Add more staffing per ratio of patients. Stop the waste of so many products. Less environment waste material going in landfills. Use of styrofoam materials go away.
