Medical Record Clerk (Former Employee), Houston, TXJanuary 4, 2014
I did not like the Monday-Friday day-job culture. The job was just suited to my talents and abilities; I would have enjoyed release of information.

It has been a long time since I worked at the Medical Clinic of Houston. I still have many long time friends there and I cherish there friendships.
The Great Dr. McConn past away afew years back and I will always owe him a debt of gratitude for teaching me soooo much and for being so patient with me while I learned.

Medical Secretary (Former Employee), Houston, TXJune 19, 2013
Pros: great work enviroment. lighthearted, positive atomosphere.
Cons: parking
My experience was excellent at MCH. I would work there again in a heartbeat. When I began work at MCH I was very young. The physicians I worked for were amazingly patient and good humored. They let me learn by experience. Honestly, I don't know if I ever had a bad experience with the physicians I worked with. Very down to earth and real.

Co-workers – more... were a mix of personalities as usual.

There were no difficult parts to my job. The whole experience was enjoyable. I especially loved the patients and have great respect for the relationships the physicians developed with each individual patient.

Patients were not just patients, they were our family. – less

Amazing Staff, Great Doctors, Unorganized Management
Business Office (Former Employee), Houston, TXJuly 25, 2012
Pros: salary is above average
Cons: no organization in management
Very busy in Business Office. Co-workers are very supportive. Management is lacking professionalism and organization. Good job if you stick to the rules and don't ask any questions.
