Answer incoming emergency calls, take information and forward to doctor. I learned to be patient and customer friendly. Management was great.Co-workers was helpful. Was not really a hard job, only thing sometime wasn't able to take a lunch break. Most enjoyable was getting off after a long day with no lunch break.
