I think this company was a great place to work, I learned a lot and use what i have learned to in current job.

Answering phone calls and preparing clients charts,signing patients in and making sure that the patients records are accurate.

A typical day at work began at 3:30 pm. My duties included a variety of task, such as going over all medical records before processing into system. Scan records into data base so records can be process making sure all documents were accurate. Prep records before thet were scanned in the system. the hardest part of the job were my hours. Productive, everyday I learn something new as far as my work is concern. The business ethics of my co-workers and managements is close to perfect. The hardest part is when something new on the job popped up and you need to meet the deadline. The most enjoyable part of the job is when I met all the expectations of my job on a specified time. Use of computer to input records and interview people for proper insurance direction.

Busy. A fast paced working enviroment. The time goes by really fasts. Overall friendly people and supervisors and boss are fun to work with.

This company was all about the management and did not want to take care ofthe core of the company. The compensation was poor and badly managed. I left the company to move but if i had stayed in California i would have looked for a new position.

A enjoy patient care and learn more everyday. My management is helpful and so are my coworkers. The hardest part of the job is organization and multi tasking but it also be the fun part of it

i loved working there whille i was in wschool training it was a great experiance and the people was great.

I would copie charts as well as file charts. I worked at strong hospital and highland hospital also a doctors office. I was also responsable for all computer input that was needed. I liked this job.

For this to be in the medical field, the pay isn't too great. I started being concerned with job security, when all charts started goin on computers and co-workers were being laid off bc of budgets...but overall, I love my job...what I do...the atmosphere...the hours...and having weekends off to spend more time with my daughter.

Loved working with the doctor one on one. Loved helping the patients. Having my own desk also. My co-workers were great we worked as a team and that i loved. It just made the office run smoothly. I learned alot about everyone and their jobs. Hardest part was Working on a snow day the day went by so slow.

Administrative Center substandard, became ill 5 times in 8 months. Lower management micromanages too much. The Lead attorney however, showers employees with gifts and bonuses.

I enjoy the fast pace. There are just a few things I would change.

Started out as a Medical Records Scanner And Organize Paper Charts did lots
Of Filing And then was trained to do referral and scheldule patients for appointment at other doctors offices. Then was trained to work front desk were Im still currently working. Was also trained on some patient billing.

work well with co-workers, managers. Have not changed jobs in over 23 years I have learned alot here with the hospital. The flex are good the health benefits are also good. Get to learn more as time goes bye.

Reslly enjoyed the environment in which I worked. Ridge view was a great learning experience and building block in my career.

The clinic was interesting, the people who I worked with were all very nice. It was a little nerve racking when you had patients Irate because they needed their methadone pills and couldnt due to the fact they were using.. Issues like that made me want to relocate.

good , management in the department could be improve.management not sensetive to employes needs and value to the company.
