The typical day was to go in make collection calls, answer phones and assist customers with collections questions. Look into charge backs and the cause issue credits if the result was in the customer's favor or collect on the chargeback if the customer was wrong.

Think twice before working here benefits are the worst and management is horrible. Long hours and no time at home. No structure or policies. You can all in whenever you like its do as you please.

Long days, learned nothing, management is good but does not take an interest in the company culture. Company lacks organization and structure, great with benefits and time off. Could be a great place to work.
