40 hour work week, no on call schedule.
Learned how to work in a production environment at an offsite location.
Management: Not enough segregation of duties, between the clinical side and the non clinical departments. The non clinical supervisor, who had tenure, wants to run the clinical side.

The typical day was to go in make collection calls, answer phones and assist customers with collections questions. Look into charge backs and the cause issue credits if the result was in the customer's favor or collect on the chargeback if the customer was wrong.
