A lot is expected. Even when you go above and beyond that's considered the norm! There are lots of intelligent people more then happy to help you do anything.

The people you work with are the best, none better that I have worked with. I was on a temp-hire contract that the rules changed duirng my time there. Was never really given a shot a real position. Was told things that were going to happen that didn't.

Medimmune appears to tick all the boxes, but once an employee things are very diffferent.
Poor,weak inadequate management
Managers tend to Micro Manage.
No trust,or intergity here at all.
HR not supportive of staff.

Planned & exceuted independently flow and multiplex experiments to validate & optimize for CMI assays.
Occassional Cross-functinal studies with other teams using Elispot assays, etc.
Learned multiplex experiments.
Taught some and learnt some research assays from co-workers.

My contract was created as part of a large scale IT project to transfer IT support from a large scale vendor to an in house support model. The project milestones were clear and reasonable.

Great environment to work management and people are great. Company has real focus on training, employee retention and rewards and recognition programs. Also provide management development training to improve employee engagement skills. Flexible work hours and work from home balance work life. Innovative processes and open to individual feedback.

I enjoyed working at MedImmune. It was very personable. The Product was up and coming and was gaining market share very fast. Management really cared about your future.
