check emails and answer phone taking what the customer asks in writing and verbally. at first I started doing export waybills, then I was in charge of print the seaway bill, make corrections, handling special clients. I was promoted to VIP group where I was in charge of an account along with a small group could meet their requirements, to follow them to their containers, taking care of client problems or delays in making intermediary for the cargo reaches its destination.
I learned to organize mails, to the requirements of customs of different countries.
