Drama! Poor management (the manager favors and does things with the employees that wouldn't promote SPIRIT VALUES) so if you stand for something they'll try to get rid of you quicker than the day they smiled to get you in there. In a little over a year one manager had 5 people leave and others are searching hard to leave as well.

Do not accept the job unless you want to spend the whole time watching your back. Unless of course your a sheep who will be willing to take the fall for your manager.

The company was growing quickly. IT staff had to be very flexible with their hours and support. We worked with many different teams from different facilities. I found that a plus, but it did get tired as time progressed.
