Cash Posting Clerk (Former Employee) –  Irving, TXJuly 27, 2017
The job was very fast paced. There was some favoritism within some of the employees that had been employed there for lengthy periods of time, making it difficult to advance.
Pros
Convenient location.
Cons
Lots of areas within one building, causing lots of little cliques.

Refund Associate (Current Employee) –  Omaha, NEJuly 8, 2017
Although the company professes an open door policy, it is debatable that it exists for all employees. If you follow the documented protocols and keep documentation on all things requested of you, you can do well and advance within the company. There is room for advancement, the company is top heavy with management.
Pros
Good advancement opportunities for the right individual
Cons
Everything needs to be documented to secure your standing

I believe that if the company was more organized everything else would run smoothly, but because I feel as though it isn't everything is done last minute.

Medsynergies Omaha is terrible! There is inadequate training. I witnessed a good manager be forced out of her position as well as hourly employees. This location is terrible

My department is horrible. Not paid for work and time. My manager is horrible she drives her employees away. The other departments seem to be much better. but there isn't a lot of room for growth.

Senior Manager/Revenue Cycle Business Partner (Current Employee) –  Omaha, NEMarch 9, 2017
Good opportunity with limited local growth. Change is the culture. Local leaders very good but are limited by the hierarchy. Communication silos create fire drills.
Pros
Local leaders

Benefits, ambiguity

Lots of talent, but few in charge see that
Supervisor (Current Employee) –  Irving, TXDecember 20, 2016
After working at Medsynergies for years, I realize.... it's just a job, not a career. I've seen many passed over for promotion. Many brought into the Operations area from the outside, assuming they can fix problems, yet have no experience in the industry. Training is online, or not at all. Silos exist all over. And communication process is from top down, and filtered every step of the way.

If you are part of the leadership team, you will see the leadership team. If not, then you are just a number in the crowd. (In my case, I've never met my boss. Been over a year. I'll keep tryng.)

Work hard and you will be rewarded with more work. Many look at your job title, and limit your involvement based on your title, not by your skill.

Recognition by leaders is very rare, since they are frequently looking for their own recognition from their leaders. Emails go unanswered for weeks to months. Invitees to meetings don't show and don't apologize for missing. Of course, that behavior changes when you are in a key position.

I hate to sound pessimistic, but it's reality at Medsynergies. Remember, it's not who you are, but who you know.
Pros
Intelligent co-workers, semi-relaxed environment, relaxed dress code
Cons
Silos, no recognition, no career growth, cliques

This place is only good to work at if you can get a sponsor quickly to support you. Otherwise, when there is a change in the upper level, you blowing in the wind.

Web Developer (Current Employee) –  Dallas, TXSeptember 22, 2016
It involves using technology to organize, automate, and synchronize business processes-principally sales activities, but also those for marketing, customer service, and technical support. The overall goals are to find, attract, and win new clients, nurture and retain those the company already has, entice former clients back into the fold, and reduce the costs of marketing and client service.
Pros
working environment
Cons
nothing much
