NOT a ideal long term situation..
Scheduler (Former Employee), Irvine, CASeptember 2, 2014
My experience at MedXM was sweet and sour. Sweet because it was diverse work environment, good hours, and pretty easy workload/task. However the sour overweighed everything. MedXM is a small family owned and operated company.....therefore its definitely not "corporate" at all. That means there are no real rules and regulations set in stone. Policies – more... and procedures would change every five minutes. Very bad and under qualified management. It seemed as if they promoted people based on time/tenure with the company rather than actual qualifications. Also things would get unprofessional alot at times...especially when your trainer started to curse after every other sentence! ridiculous.... It was very confusing at time who actually was "in charge" and what the actual rules were... So to make a long story short, my experience there was UNSTABLE, and UNPREDICTABLE. Not a company to consider for a long term experience. – less

Scheduler (Current Employee), Santa Ana, CAMarch 31, 2014
Pros: positive people
Cons: not enough parking
Worked in several different scheduling companies and can honestly say this is the first company that has instantly made me feel welcomed. I look forward to work because of all the positive people I work with. Their positivity makes a great influence on the rest of my day in and out of work. Everyone is on top of their work and are willing to help where – more... ever help is needed. – less

Great stepping stone to grow
Scheduler (Current Employee), Santa Ana, CAMarch 31, 2014
Pros: opportunity for promotion, base and bonus pay, good place to either begin your telecom career, lots to learn and movement is easy
Cons: begining of the year sometimes there's down time
Great place to get started in my career. They are very flexible with my school schedule and offer overtime on the weekends. Although everyone is like family, there doesn’t seem to be any work drama. All by bosses and supervisors have an open door policy which is great because if I ever have a thought comment or concern I can talk to them about it. Always – more... room for growth!!!! – less

Love being able to set my own hours, enjoy teaching patients about lifestyle modification and their medications. Not crazy about the long driving but it can be fun at times.
