Memento is seeking a Customer Service Associate who is passionate about the customer experience, and shares our desire to bring the “boutique” experience back to eCommerce. Someone who will continue our track record of 100% positive purchase experience, and believes that every interaction should be closed with gratitude and a smile.

The Customer Service Representative's primary role is to manage web and email customer service and client communications, and to consult with customers to select products and make choices on personalization options. After the customer has purchased, you will process the order in preparation for production, answer any follow up customer inquiries and help address any follow up customer questions. In addition to this, your role will also include taking your voice to social media - including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and more.

As the first point of interaction with our customer, the goal of this individual is to accurately and proficiently answer customer questions, manage orders and customer expectation; to help deliver on Memento’s commitments to deliver on customer expectation with high quality products.

Critical Qualities and Competencies:
 Must Love Monograms, and be an admirer of classy or preppy brands like Lilly Pulitzer, Vineyard Vines, Hunter Boots, Kate Spade and others.
 Warm and caring personality that is infectious to those around you, and, a special charm that make each and every customer interaction memorable.
 Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills: communicating with customers via email or phone, and, with team members in the office.
 Strong work ethic, a self started with initiative and "Can-Do" attitude. Ability to multitask effectively.
 Uncompromising attention to detail and attention to customer satisfaction.
 Ability to solve problems, and seek out a positive outcome.
 Humble - Never afraid to admit you've made a mistake and take steps to avoid repeating it.
 Computer literacy a MUST: Savvy with MS Suite, and experience communicating via Word, email and internet, social media. Photoshop and Illustrator a plus but not necessary.
 Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
 Strong clerical, typing / data entry and administrative support experience.
 Ability to work independently without instruction as well as be a team player. "See a need, Fill a need'.
 Preference given to candidates in the South Forsyth, Cumming or Alpharetta area.
 Alumna in a national Sorority a big plus

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
 Significant amount of computer work on a daily basis as part of the job.
 Interact with customers (primarily via email and the web) to consult on product and design options and to assist with finalizing orders
 Accurate Data Entry and customer correspondence.
 Write Social Media updates, including company Blog, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and other Social media sites.
 Print out, organize and review orders to ensure work order accuracy
 Perform other miscellaneous duties as needed throughout the day to support the production team.
 Other responsibilities may be added based on abilities, skills and desire to learn.

Desired Education, Skills and Experience:
 Strong Computer Experience (Design Software, Publishing Software, MS Office Tools, Internet and Social Media, Website Shopping Carts and Other Tools)
 Fashion, Merchandising, or Marketing education / career experience ideal.
 Strong typing, clerical and administrative skills
 Strong Work Ethic and can-do attitude.
 Prior Adobe Photoshop and other Design Software experience is a plus
 Minimum - High school diploma. College Degree a Plus.
 Ability to have Fun - even under pressure to meet deadlines.

Work Hours /Environment:
- 40 Hours / Week
- Typically Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 5PM (Weekend Work may be requested during peak holiday season)

PAY: $10 to $12 per hour depending on experience (sorry, no benefits offered at this time)
