I had an interview with the nurse manager and nurse director of the nursing deptartment. They ask behavioral questions. They told me t went well and felt like I was a good fit but I didn't hear anything else after that. The offered me $43.00 an hour for a night shift position.

They are all 12 hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) unless you work on the rehab unit, which I believe is 0600-1600.

Miserable- lack of communication, organization, structure. People do whatever they want, do not come to work, barely do their work but management does nothing. Doctor's (some) are in it for the money and numbers, they do NOT genuinely want to help the patients.
