Different
Phlebotomist (Former Employee), Springfield, ILJuly 23, 2013
I drew blood in the SIU Lab when I worked for Memorial. I sat in a room with one other person all day. The computer system was kind of a pain because I had to run two different systems to do one job and the never seemed to want to work together. I didn't get along the lab manager, she was very mean and was not understanding to some personal issues. – more... I think the hardest part about working there was try to make two places happy. I had to do things that Memorial wanted as well as SIU and some things conflicted with other. – less

Pros: monthly luncheons, supervisors, coworkers
Great company to work for and I absolutely love my coworkers and bosses. Its very rare when you can say that you enjoy coming to work and you like all of your coworkers. They are a joy to be around and very supportive.

Most enjoyable part of the job is the closeness of the employees.

Cardiac Rehabilitation Intern (Current Employee), Springfield, ILJuly 8, 2013
I am working with Cardiac Rehab patients in phases I, II, and III. I assist with getting patients out of bed to exercise, monioring and assisting patients during their workout, and taking blood pressures. Leading warm-ups and watching rhythms on the monitor are some other duties as well. I have experience working with pulmonary patients in the inpatient – more... and outpatient settings. I have observed in the Heart Failure Clinic, Cath Lab, and the Bariatric Clinic as well. – less
