Lead Teacher, Memphis, TN - November 30, 2015
I worked her 18 years. I started part-time and worked my way up. I adore children. They are our future and I am happy to know that I had a part in helping the children in my classes get a happy and healthy start in the education. I worked with a lot of great people that I learned a lot from. The hardest part of the job was changing my teacher style after 18 years. I had to rethink everything that I had been doing. But, I was willing to change. I read up on the new style and implemented it into my lesson plans. I found out it was not so hard, just a different way of getting the same job done. Working here helped me grow personally and I learned about what my strength and weaknesses were.
