Hours are available if you want to work. If you only want 40hrs, you'll get 40. However, if your willing to work 45hrs, you got it. Nice place to work.

The hours aren't horrible. Work-life balance sucks and they don't care about family life. What sucks about the hours is that every other Saturday is required and during busy season (spring/summer/early fall) it's all bust rears and gears with only thing they care about is numbers. Family doesn't mean anything to them.

It depends on if the manager likes you or not because of your work ethic and your availability. As a part-timer, I could have all the hours I wanted. As a full-timer, I ended up getting overtime more often than not. And as an ADM in a two manager department, I usually got more that I wanted. Again, depends on your work ethic.
