I thought it was easy to get on there when the young lady interviewed me after I filled out the application. Told me to take a drug test and if my results were good I would be called in for orientation. Never got called back.
I had 2 interviews and a drug test, in all it took about 1 1/2 weeks but I was hired in as a full-time associate.
Fill out a App. Go in for the Hiring meeting, Go do a Drug Test. Get a phone call in a couple days. And Boom you Made the Team.

It only takes about 2 weeks. You go in for the interview and then they give you a follow up call if you are hired or not. If you are hired you have orientation and all that is required to start working is to pass a drug test.

Depending on if they are mass hiring or just adding a few team members it can take only a day if they are doing open interviews or up to a week if you put in an application.
