Customer Service Representative We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team and grow our software products. This position requires a strong communicator with 1+ years experience in Customer Service who will serve customers by providing and resolving product and service information. Some duties of this position include:
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's feedback; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Provides timely and accurate sales forecasts and activity reports
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service.
- Worked in a restaurant before (a plus).
- Knowledge of commonly-used internet and computer concepts.
- Strong professional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to utilize effective selling skills.
