o Contacting potential clients
o Delivery of prepared or personalized script to persuade potential clients to subscribe to our services or purchase our products.
o Explain services, products, and prices to customers.
o Maintain a record of and follow-up with contacts.
o Sales/ Marketing- Working knowledge of the methods of promoting and selling products and services. We will train you in the principles and tactics of marketing strategy and sales techniques.
o Active Listening/ Speaking- Giving your full attention to what people are saying and understanding the points being made by them. You will be trained to properly respond to multiple situations and how to effectively convey our offers to potential clients.
o Customer Service- The ability to provide polite and efficient service to a variety of customers. You will need to be able to assess the needs of our clients and always maintain a quality level of professionalism when speaking with potential business.
o Influencing others using sales strategies acquired during training to subscribe to our services.
o Utilizing our computer hardware and software to effectively accomplish the requirements of daily operation.
o Establishing and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships with office personnel.
o Communicating efficiently with supervisors and co-workers regarding relevant information through all means of access (telephone, written forms, emails, or verbal).
o Resolving conflicts and negotiating to positive outcomes if problems arise.
