Merchant Service provider currently seeking a Merchant Administrator for our small office in Paoli. Experience in the merchant services industry is preferred. This is a full time position- 4 day work week option available. We offer medical, vision, and paid holidays after 1 year.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Data entry including submitting applications and boarding new clients
- Helping assist with inbound customer service calls from clients
- Assisting sales reps and referral partners.
- General administrative and clerical duties including: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
- 1 year experience in an Office Admin position
- Extremely detail oriented
- Ability to work with others and calm merchants when they are in panic mode
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Offices suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Self-motivated with a superior work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently and independently even when under pressure
