Job security was always an issue because you never knew when the next round of layoffs may take place. Very good company to work for, management team was very good and appreciative.

Mercury is a great place to work. I was promoted quickly and have always gotten along well with my co-workers, neighbors, supervisors and manager.

I loved my job but, was constantly fearful that I would get laid off (which I did). There is no loyalty at this company no matter how hard you worked, always on time, or not a lot of time off. Training was not complete.

I have no complaints. I enjoyed my work while employed with Mercury. The employee incentives were a lot of fun! Got my first Ipod that way. The pay was fair for the amount of work required with my position.

I loved working for Mercury Insurance. This was the best job I have ever had. I loved the people and the job itself. I found my career while I was working here. Mercury is a good company to work for.

I worked at Mercury for 5 1/2 years. Had some ups and downs with the company as they would always throw employees under the bus in order to satisfy any customer. Overall, they are a good company, but they are loosing a lot of money because they pay out claims that should not be paid. Within two years, they had to lay off 600 employees.
