My shift is from 11pm to 7am. Receive calls from users and document what the issue is. Issue's vary Troubleshooting of PC's, Active Directory / Cerner interface and application's management. Gained more experience with wiring of closets, PC repairs, professional documentation, and creating accounts for users to be able to use different software. Management – more... is great and fair. Co workers enjoy the job and work well as a team. The hardest part of the job for me would have to be the shift I work, which is third shift. The most enjoyable part of the job is the people. Love helping users with different challenges. Challenges makes everyday exciting and always test you. – less
