Always short staffed. The next thing you know your doing other people’s jobs that we’re not in your description. I would stay away from mercy. Not a great employer.

Micromanage. Mercy pushes out the great employees and keeps the ones who aren’t they great or milk the time clock. Mercy could care less about patients or employees.

Management is the most stressful part of working at Mercy! Like they want to see failure, so they can close Clinic cafeterias and get rid of long time employees. Favoritism is over the top!
