Ideal if you like a 9-5 or 8-4 monday through Friday schedule. The hours were one of the few things I liked about the job. Since I'm a commuter, I requested a four day work week but it was rejected.

Request feedback from the people on the front lines and make necessary changes. I must ask, why advertise an hour long yoga session from 12-1 so most people can't go to it? Why waste money on training so many new hires that take a paycheck or two, interfere with current reps performance because the rep had to teach and train which incurs more time off the phone ? The reps are training so it takes longer to answer the phone on many calls, they get distracted often times by another employee complaining about the company. The overall performance is poor and I believe atmosphere is the main culprit. Why not pay them a little better and offer a competitive wage? Show them value and they'll value their job, the client and the customers. Why is this not an easy equation?
When a turnover rate is that high, something is very wrong and one would figure a CEO would take a proper look into it.
