Merry X purchased the company I had worked for and four months later jobs were terminated. Was told a bunch of lies from Root and Sloan. Layers of management from the mother ship led to delays and unhappy customers. Service manager disrespectful to customers.

I have been working at Merry X-Ray / SourceOne full-time (more than 7years) It was a good place to learn. If you are motivated, you can learn a lot about the manufacturing processes. There are some good and smart people working here.Unfortunately the good and smart people are overworked, underpaid, and inevitably end up leaving to work somewhere else where they are appreciated for the work they do. Substandard pay, They use overtime instead of real pay increases.companies constantly arguing/complaining about each other, including ownership. Management is extremely passive, lack of accountability. Lots of finger-pointing and scapegoating when things don't work out as envisioned.

Good people to work with. Dedicated to their work. The hardest part of the job is balancing customer service with facilitating payment. The most enjoyable part of the job is the people.

You work, but difficult to know whats going on
