- Reconciliations
- Entering invoices
- Data entry and filing of invoices
- Assist with dispatching technicians to jobs

Job Requirements:
- Strong Excel Skills Required
- 1 – 2 years Accounting Experience
- Team player
- Strong / effective communication skills
- Self-starter and self-motivator
- Strong attention to detail
- Quickbooks knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of the construction industry a plus
