Mesa Air Group, Inc. (Mesa) is a holding company whose principal subsidiaries operate as regional air carriers providing scheduled passenger and airfreight service. As of September 30, 2006, the Company served 173 cities in 46 states, the District of Columbia, Canada, the Bahamas and Mexico, and operated a fleet of 191 aircraft with approximately 1,200 daily departures.
