Working there was fun but fast paced
Ramp Agent (Current Employee) –  Phoenix, AZSeptember 22, 2017
They give you a time to get the aircrafts in and out, In witch you must do.
The hardest thing I have to say about working there would have to be the weather. You work in all types of conditions .
Rain, Heat, Dust Storms. ETC.
My managers are great I totally love working with them. Most of them make the work fun. By joking around.
The most enjoyable part of the day is going out with your friends to grab a drink after work and relaxing.
Ive learned that no matter what you do for work you work SAFE watch out for your fellow co-workers. at all times.
Pros
They feed us on holidays.
Cons
If I wanted to stay later for the overtime they would deny us.

this company is great for entry level experience building. the benefits are ok but the company is not worried about retaining employees. This creates lower wages and many times resentful employees who wish they didn't need to leave to improve their situation.,
