Certified Medical Assistant (Current Employee) – Garden Grove, CA – July 14, 2015
We start rooming patients and taking there vital signs. Explaining the doctor why the patient is here today and if they need medicines or any severe complications. I help my coworkers to answer the phone and make appointment while working with the doctor. My co-workers and I we work as a team and try to help all the patient. The hard part of the job is when the patient are getting really inpatient. They start to get really mad. We try to calm them and make them feel comfortable. The best part of my job is working with doctors and helping patient to get the right treatment.
