Management is the worst! From HR to CEO (and some department managers) if they don't like you you're screwed! They make decisions based on $$, not patient or employees satisfaction. They tack on work, jobs, that are not in your job description and don't provide compensation for the extra time and effort put in. Every year of service you get a laminated paper reminding you how long you've worked there and you get to attend the barbecues they put on for fire/EMS. They have a terrible reputation in the community for overpriced service and limited resources such as insurances that they accept and services provided. The ER is over crowded with patients and manned by two nurses, one doctor, and one tech...interdepartmental clashes are high, they change contracts with physicians after signing on. They're unable to retain physicians because of this...in a 6 month period they lost 9 employees because of low morale. They've lost every pediatrician that's signed on, recently lost 2 more physicians. If you're looking for work go to Vegas or Utah...you'll be paid more and lied to less.
