Company Driver (Former Employee) – El Paso, TX 79907 – January 18, 2018
To drive for MVT was a fast paced environment to where you have to be prepared for anything being a over the road trucker. The pay was good, but being away from family was the hard part. You spend 11 days out and only 2 days back at home.
Diesel Mechanic Technician (Former Employee) – El Paso, TX – January 6, 2018
Pretty good job place and fun enviroment. Managment was on top of the line on everything and taking care of employees. Very good starting place when you get out of school and are able to train you and certified yoy on diffrent fields.

DRIVER RECRUITER (Former Employee) – El Paso, TX – October 31, 2017
Very stressful and frustrating place to work, if you dont meet the numbers they want you are out of a job just like that. Very few leads to work with, drivers just dont qualify and watch out for the other recruiters, who will stab you in the back every chance they get.
Over The Road Truck Driver (Former Employee) – El Paso, TX – October 24, 2017
I would recommend somebody driving for Swift or Dragon from the sea of alley. The management was always down your throat looking for something to get you in trouble if they never got me home on time and when I came close to your home time they always had the tendency to send you in the opposite direction of your house
Processor (Former Employee) – El Paso, TX – October 9, 2017
A very stressful workplace. Management was awful did not give proper training. Only allowed a week to learn many systems with alot of information. Management does not allow any mistakes or termination.
Planner and business development (Former Employee) – El Paso, TX – September 25, 2017
I felt like I was always walking on egg shells and I never knew who they were going to escort out unprofessionally. There was very poor communication and more closed door meetings that were to help improve floor staff but it seemed like a guessing game always. Just the incorrect people in lower management positions trying to steer the "boat". Also public humiliation in front of working peers, made others take the job as a joke.
OTR Driver (Former Employee) – El Paso, TX – September 19, 2017
good place to work for, good benefits as well as a good dispatch driver communication. Good running and reliable trucks with a really good mechanic team to take care of your issues while your away at home time.
