Weight Loss Consultant (Former Employee) – Tyler, TX – October 2, 2013
Open up center, make care calls to clients not scheduled to come in. Greet clients and uplift them and support them through journey of their weight loss. Sale and encourage to purchase products to do achieve. Management of Office which achieved their sales goals and beyond every month in 2013. The hardest part were the clients that would not work the program. The best part of the job were the clients that smiled and came in and were excited to see you. I loved the people!

I do not recommend working here, they never offer raises and you are expected to sell $15,000+ worth of weight loss programs and products every month, forcing you to view people who are coming to you for help as walking wallets. And it's just not really possible to consistently sell that much when yo live in a fairly small town.
Decent commission, fun coworkers.
Poor management, poor hourly wage, no raises, no upward momentum.
