A typical day was %20 eight hour shifts and %80 ten to fourteen hour shifts, which I never minded. The work had to get done. I enjoyed all my co-workers and we were always there for each other to lend a helping hand. Management at Metavante was always available when needed, understanding and helpful in all aspects of our work days. I wasn't employed – more...  with FIS long enough to get to know management as well. The hardest part of my jobs was the pressure I put on myself to do the work accurately and in the time frame needed. The most enjoyable part of my day was all most all of it. Phone work with in excess of 190 calls per day. Very repetitive with no benefits or holidays or vacation time. Burn 'em and turn 'em mentality.

the co-workers were great to work with. after the company got bought out by FIS, it went down hill. it was a great company to work for when it was metavante. but not when it was FIS

Great place to work, great management. The co-workers were great and everyone seemed to work as a team. The goals were fair and easy to meet. The downfall was the switch in ownership resulting a departmental closing.
