Primary function is being the point of contact for post-sale client/manufacturer communication and managing the implementation of pre-sold print-related campaigns and orders from start to finish. This includes processing and routing orders, coordinating the creative assets and ensuring on-time delivery of products to the end users. Other tasks include preparing supplier rfq's and client proposals.
This position requires coordination with other internal cross-functional teams and external partners to develop and optimize online programs to streamline client ordering and fulfillment.
Some graphic arts experience is helpful. The ideal candidate has working knowledge of graphic design software such as InDesign or Illustrator. Proficiency with computer technology is necessary. This opportunity is a good fit for the candidate who has some experience working in HTML as well as programs such as Microsoft Excel.
