Supervisor, Redford, MI - August 8, 2017
As a former employee of mchs, I could deal with to day to day working with emotionally impaired children because coming in it was expected. But staff morale was very low because of their trainings of methods how to work with the children Just Did Not Work and staff were blamed for their failures, making the work environment very stressful. It is true that if you were a favorite you could get away with things where others would be terminated for. As a employee working there for some time, there was a time when things were great, but management saw it was a weakness with the supervisors to look at weeding out staff instead of lending support.
