As an administrative assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and working with our team to further increase our business through new sales. You will enhance the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. The tasks associated with this position include:

  • Process changes to benefit plan enrollments.
  • Prepare sales and renewal proposals
  • Run quotes through online systems
  • Resolve claim and billing issues
  • Procure and develop sales leads
  • General office tasks such as answering phone lines, maintaining client database and filing
  • Complete projects by planning and organizing sales information and analyses
  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
  • Create content for marketing websites

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Adobe Acrobat Professional and Photoshop experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Extremely well organized and able to pay close attention to details
  • Health insurance experience a plus
