Unstable working environement
Area Business Development Manager (Former Employee), Doraville, GAJune 8, 2014
Pros: new expansion into atlanta
Cons: unstable working environment
The atmosphere was very unpredictable and confusing at best. During my training, I was expected to perform duties as an HR Manager and Area Business Development Manager. We relocated three time during the course of my training, which created an unstable environment. Client's needs were not properly calibrated nor were future employees recruitment policies – more... productive for the staffing agency. – less

I currently work for Metro Industrial in the McMinnville branch. It's going on two years since I've been employed with this company and all I can say is; I'm blessed with co-workers who strive and work hard to achieve goals. This company not only gives many opportunities to grow but puts your family first as well. We focus on success and second chances. – more... I have been working with Metro for a year. I enjoy coming to work each day not only because my job is personally rewarding to me but I also enjoy working with my Co-workers. I am constantly being challenged to be better and do better. I enjoy working for a company that has strong work ethics, yet understands we all have families.

Box Builder (Former Employee), Dyersburg, TNFebruary 12, 2013
I learned how to measure out Plywood for cutting on two diferent big metal Table saws. I also learned how to build boxes using power tools. The management was pretty good. If you needed help with your work they would always help you out. The co-workers that I had,I found easy to get along with. And they also would help you with your work if you needed – more... it. I didn't have anything hard to do on the job to me and I found the job itself very enjoyable. I was always lifting wood and cutting wood. It was fun because I love doing jobs that have me lifting and working at the same time. It was like I was exercising at work and it was lots of fun. – less
