Pros: received a box of disney distributed videos on a monthly, weekly pay, great benefits, staff meetings
Cons: layed off, challenging to transfer to another department
Typical day consisted of handling sell-through agreements for our Buena Vista Home Video International. Worked with an awesome staff that supported one another; learned so much about Disney within. Hardest part was later I was offered a position in the Executive offices, after accepting a position that later layed me off.

I had an encounter with them and I agree100 percent That it is not a good company to work for in Cincinnati, Ohio. They want top notch people but don't want to pay top notch money. If you have some serious skills and education they are not the place for people of color. The charters that work in HR need to be trained better.

Most of the people are waiting to retire in the next 3 to 5 years, mentally they already are retired. The worst job I ever had!!! 20 yrs behind the times. No aspiration to make improvement or enhancements which is required; an “upgrade” within personal skills, knowledge base, equipment and treads. Most of the staff are very nice but are stuck in the mid 1900’s change is a challenge (20th century). Metro update your staff the rest will follow!
