While the company wants the best, they don't want anyone to stick out too much.

Lots of good people in management, however upper management suffers from having a few 'bad apples'

Great co-worker, Busy flow always but sadly poor work environment and management
Cashier (Former Employee), 745 bloor street west, torontoJuly 3, 2014
Pros: close to home and school
Cons: no hours
The Metro is located in a central busy area filled with students, locals, employees of offices and professors. It is always busy no matter the time of day even at midnight it is quiet active. The co-workers there are friendly and inviting, they like to help and serve but sadly the management is horrible gave attitude and was unprofessional and so is – more... the work environment. Metro should be closed down for a while and renovated to upscale its safety. The hardest part of this job was knowing it was temporary and having to deal with the very poor management but the part I most enjoyed the good quality meat and the great co-workers there. – less
