Decent salary but stressful

Metrocare has poor management due to management stressing you out weekly instead of helping their employees. The company is focused on meeting a weekly bench and requires to meet that weekly bench but does not want to pay you overtime. The program manager informed the new hires that after 3 months we could make our own schedules and we would be community based due to us going out to the families home in evening but then told us that we are not community based that we have to report everyday to the office and work around their schedule instead of the families.
