I interviewed with two different sites. One site offered three very young interviewers who read questions off a sheet of paper and interviewed three of us at the same time for the same job---awkward. The second interview was me and three over-35 interviewers who were very friendly, informative, and informed. I left that interview feeling like they were going to argue over which department got to hire me (just felt good to leave with that kind of sensation). The first interview left me doubtful and fearful of what to expect--the second left me feeling hopeful. Thank you Jesus--I got a job with the second!!---In fact, although the first site said they would contact us either way--I never did hear from them.
