MTA was formed in 1953 to serve residents in the Palmer area, and now extends across Alaska's fast-growing rail belt region from Eagle River to Anderson and from Skwentna to Glacier View, nearly 10,000 square miles. The MTA headquarters is located in Palmer and our stores are in Eagle River, Palmer, and Wasilla. Central switching offices are in Big – more... MTA invests in the highest quality and most advanced products available in the industry, including extensive fiber optic cabling and electronic platforms to support broadband signals such as digital subscriber loop (DSL).
