The typical day at the YMCA it is a great place of employment. I enjoy working with the community. I really enjoy working with the elders on Mondays and Wednesday silver sneakers it is a pleasure to see them enjoy themselves. The hardest part of the day is when everyone leaves.I am a people person and enjoy working with others.

Metropolitan is a company that cares about their staff and drives staff to perform at their best. They have excellent benefits and working conditions.

Really learn alot while with this company but also looking for advancement.

I work in the field and go the office when it is necessary. I have learned that people are different and have different values and beliefs. I have great colleagues who work hard and very inspirational. it's difficult when there are no clients interested in the products, and the target is not reached. when the business has went well, it becomes very – more... inspiring and pays off. typical day when i didnt submit business.i learned to work different people,to persevier,to have confidence in myself,and to respect others.my co-workers are different so i know how to handling each by each.the hardest part of the job is when i do find business.the most enjoyable part of the job is when i get paid and that i travel so much.

My shift starts at 10:00 am and ends at 6:00 pm on every week day.

it is ok to work for them, but coming to payments it becomes sad story, specially if you are on sales deparetment, they will deduct the laspes and unpaid policies on your pay cheque, and you would left with zero balance. and what would be the point of being employed, with no income!!!

i have learned a lot about self management and being a team member and also target orienteted

Start 7h30 till 16h00 training Cosultants, opening business partners for Consultants where they can write business. Doing presentations at Goverment Departments and Company's.
Take consultants out to write business. Issued cases for Consultants.
Assist with investments and pension funds that need to be transfered to us. Attend interviews for new Consultants.Giving – more... feed back on targets and set weekly targets for Branch and Consultants.

Its a nice enviroment to work with people, its a very good lifes experience and i like helping other people to over come thier problems about money and ensure their family

my typical day was my first day on the field whereby i had to go and do a presentation in frount of 22 teachers but my manager was verry supporive

most enjoyable part of the job was closing the deal and having a happy and satisfied client.
co-workers are great i work well in a team set up so tis was easy and effective.
hardest part were the sceptical clients who proved to be a fun challenge

consultation with other departments regarding communication internally, always think out of the box, introduce new products to the existing and new clients do things dfferently and also be above your competitors, therefore this job keeps me on my toes however i like it because i am no more afraid of challenges, the management is good because you can – more... grow with the company and also in terms of the study asissistance they help staff membrs alot, the hardest part of the job is that our sales consultant do not have an aftersales skills and sometimes clients cancel their policies because they were not given enough information therefore it is very hard to train the sales consultants to make sure that they should have a relationship with their clients, the most enjoyable part is when you get rewards for a job well done, overseas trips and others – less

I love working as a team but i enjoy working individually. It is a very nice company to work for, seems to have great within but we all greener pastures at times.

Working for Metropolitan is challenging. you should continuously look for new clients, accept rejection and accept any changes happening and adapt.

i have learned to work under pressure adapt to different styles of customers, look for potential markets and so on.

what really don't like about the company its the management style which was my downfall.
