The Membership Coordinator provides effective and professional management of the daily operations of the front desk as well as provides exceptional service to fitness members and therapy clients through presence and personality. Job duties include establishing and building relationships with current and potential members, membership sales, overseeing all front desk operations and staff, and managing all scheduling and account information via Compete software. This is a full time position with benefits, $31,000 salary.
We would prefer someone with an associate's or bachelor's degree, but more important is a friendly, inviting personality with exceptional customer service skills.
Must have previous experience in managing staff.
Must be proficient with computer programs (Microsoft Office, etc.). Experience with scheduling programs is a plus.
Sales/ marketing experience preferred.
Previous fitness/ therapy environment experience preferred.
