They play the hurry up and wait game. My whole process took around 2 and half months. Phone interview in late March face to face in early April then another phone interview late April. Then I didn't start until May 30 the background is a bit lengthy so have all your prior jobs listed and ready along with your references make sure they can all be reached you need 3 for that and 3 prior jobs. Then after that it's a waiting game

They have a smoking section at their HQ in Columbus it's out back of the building. If you use tobacco you will be hit with a $75 a month fee on insurance.

Management should communicate their goals and not only hear, but to listen the down lines. Include in their planning how the down lines will benefit from their goals, specially at the end of the year so those days are not a mad house.
