Management constantly changing their structure. Seen many good ones let go and the ones that drive morale down and do little for the company stay.
Unrealistic numbers and expectations to meet goals. Very high pressure and demands with expectations to multitask and be better than 100% in too many task that should be singled and specialized. Training and Safety is a joke. They try "A-" for effort but the reality of the Safety and HR areas is grossly lacking.
They'll ask questions but not to those that matter or will speak honestly. Fear of retribution for speaking out is very very high. I was a Manager and have seen the witch hunts after admin, techs, salesmen and other managers. They'll find one of the 40 policy infractions to continually pin on you until you're fired.
benefits aren't bad. starting pay fair
don't expect any merit or bonus, very littke recognition for those that over achieve and excel. to them "that's your job"
