Call members daily to assess if they are eligible to have medicaid, sent out applications, follow up and assist them in filling out applications, When approved put it on the data base that they were approved and what kind of medicaid they were approved. If not approved put on the data base that they were not approved and the reason according the the medicaid office. We are required to make 75 calls daily and answer any incoming calls that members have daily. We celebrate our successfull and staff brings a dish on a monthly basis and they have games, and surprises.
