Independent thinker who is confident and uses a logical approach to solve office problems, well spoken with an extensive vocabulary and excellent communication skills. Bilingual SPN/ENG, open to learning and react well to constructive criticism. Must have interest in the Speech Therapy field. Must be energetic and well organized. POSITION IS OPEN FOR FULL TIME ONLY
Must be willing to drive to 2 locations Arcadia office & Covina office
Basic office duties:
Answering phones, scheduling client appointments, screening in-home clients, screening insurance clients, filing, faxing, invoicing, billing, emailing, scanning, copying.
Office maintenance duties:
Maintaining supplies current and up to date. Maintaining entire office clean (organize magazines, throw out trash, wipe doors, and organize bathroom essentials). Maintaining and organizing therapy rooms, opening and closing office, getting coffee.
Fast paced environment, multitasking is a must.
Must be fluent Spanish and English speaker.
Applicant must have a driver's license and be insured to drive.
Work location will vary between Arcadia office and Covina Office
applicant must be able to type 40 + plus per minute, be familiar with microsoft office, internet, fax machine, scanner, phone, text, excel, professional office etiquette is a must.
Applicant must be able to work independently, self starter, and have excellent organizational skills.
$14-16/hr depending on experience
