My typical day is very busy, Im always checking email for any questions that employees have on their payroll. We are always doing perfomance evaluations for merits and longevity increase. I have learned management skills as well by working with the Personnel Specialist 2. I also print the Leave Time Usage Reports for employees with Performance Evaluations.
